3.Usage instruction
- Remove the existing insole.Wipe the inside of your shoes with a damp cloth
- Use the markings as a guide to trim the new insoles.
- Place the adjusted insoles into yours shoes.
- Allow the insoles to ventilate between usage
- For best result,use tow pairs alternately

5.Specialist suggestion
Replace every 3 month
For optimal performance,regularly remove the insoles and allow them to breathe.
